A few years ago the tabbed browsing. The first browser to use them was FireFox. Later, upon seeing the ease it offered for browsing the Internet, the rest of the competitors decided to adapt them.
There are times when we start opening tabs, especially when we are looking for something and we want to compare it with other websites, and there comes a point where the browser is an endless number of open tabs, where the title of the tab has been reduced so much that we cannot read what it is. places.
Each tab that is opened takes up a little bit of RAM. Every grain makes a mountain. So when we have several tabs open, there comes a time where the computer starts to get a little slow.
With the Google Chrome One Tab extension, we can open the tabs we want without problems, saving up to 95% RAM memory. This plugin turns open windows into a list that is merged into a single tab.
INSTALLATION
Installing and using this plugin is very simple.

- The first thing we have to do is visit the page where the extension is located of Google Chrome One Tab that we want to install.
- We will click where it appears FREE. A message will be displayed where will ask us for confirmation To install this plugin is our Chrome browser. We click on Add.

- Once installed, at the bottom of the navigation bar, a funnel icon with a sign informing us that One Tab has been added to Chrome. We already have the plugin installed. It has been very easy.
FUNCTIONING
Now let's see how it works.

- We open several tabs from different websites in Chrome, four or five will be enough.

- Once opened, we click on the funnel and we will see that All tabs disappear and a list appears in a single tab where the list of open tabs will be displayed.
- If we want to open any tab we click on the list on the text that indicates it.
- If we want to see all the tabs again, we will have to click on the Restore All option and the tabs will appear again disappearing the tab with the list of open tabs.
CONFIGURATION
Now we will proceed to configure the use of One Tab to our liking. We go to Options, located in the upper right part of the tab where the list of tabs is located.

- Here we establish if we want all the tabs to be closed and a single one to be opened where the list of web pages that we had open is located. It is advisable to select The first option, open a new tab unless One Tab is the only one open.

- Within Pinned Tabs, we can select if we want to set multiple pages so that they are not grouped together when we run the Chrome One Tab add-on. For example, if we want the Google search engine page to never be grouped so that we always have it at our disposal, we must go to the Google tab, go to any part of the page, click on the right button and select One Tab and in the drop-down menu click on Exclude www.thepagewewanttoexclude. org from One Tab.

- In Startup we can select if we want the One Tab extension runs automatically when we start Chrome, or if we want it to start when we click on the icon. It is advisable to select the second option, if normally we are going to navigate through a couple of tabs at most.

- The fourth option allows us to configure if we want that when pressing the option Restore All The One Tab tab remains open with the list of open pages. Once the tabs are open again, it makes no sense to leave the One Tab open, so we will select the first option.

- Finally we can establish whether One Tab creates a list with absolutely all the links of the open tabs or If you eliminate those that have the same link (It sometimes happens that we have the same page open twice in the same browser). To avoid this, we will select the first option.
